Prompt Guide
FOLDER (optional)
- Enter a folder path to limit the results to a specific area.
- Leave empty to search the whole vault.
TAGS (optional)
- Include tags, exclude tags, or both.
- Tag matching:
- any — note has at least one tag
- all — note has every tag
PROPERTY FILTERS (optional)
- Filter by frontmatter properties. One condition per property.
- Some conditions need a value (equals, contains, greater).
- Some don’t (empty, not empty).
VIEWS
- Choose one: Table, List, Cards, or Map.
- The view name is a label to identify the view.
FIELDS
- List the fields to show in the result.
- Can be file-based (file name) or frontmatter properties.
- Display names rename fields without changing notes.
FORMULAS (optional)
- Calculated values that don’t exist in your notes.
- Describe what to calculate in plain language.
SUMMARIES (optional)
- Aggregate calculations for number properties.
- One calculation type per property.
ORDERING (optional)
- Sort, group, or limit results.
- All ordering fields are optional.
GENERAL
- Delete any section you don’t need.
